Controls Systems Designer/Programmer
A strong candidate would have a minimum of 3 years “solid” experience in the electrical controls integration field and be responsible for the electrical design, programming and commissioning of automated controls systems and hardware. Effective interpersonal skills are a given. In this position, project management could be involved, both internally (where the control systems are designed and assembled) and externally (at a customers’ location). Having experience with Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Modicon and Omron PLCs is a definite a definite asset.
Control Panel Wireperson
A successful candidate will use safe working practices at all times. As a designated wireperson, this candidate would be expected to operate computerized wire marker printing equipment, perform panel layout, drilling and tapping, component mounting, hole punching, power and control wiring. A strong knowledge of CSA and UL standards for control panels will distinguish you from the pack.
